An actual running update
I've been told by my good friend Phil that my running blog seems to be a bit lean on the old running stories. This does actually seem to be true, with only the odd sentence here and there on my running. Oops.
Well to make up for it here is a quick summary of my recent running adventures. And this is not stuff I've just made up, I actually know what I did because of my niffty little watch and www.polarrunningcoach.com, which displays my runs. It is very cool. Anyway back to the running, last week from Monday to Sunday I ran 19.9 miles and ran the fastest 10K I've ever done about 46 mins but only three session to my shame. The TV got me, Kay and I just sat and watched "Life in the Undergrowth" that my mother had kindly dvded for us (that will always be taped or videod to me.
This week is going better, a bit of session shifting but I've only missed Tuesday so far!
I can't post without a bit of gibberish and rambling, Kay and I were wondering, did Jesus eat curry? He's kind of from the right area for using loads of spices to disguise nyanky meat, as I write this I am worrying that people in the middle east will take offense. What I actually mean is in the time before fridges in hot countries. Also as Kay said to me earlier, he had a bit of spice hanging around the at back of a cupboard "Chuck in a bit of that myrrh, someone gave me that ages ago and I've never bloody used it... No Judas, that says Warfarin. Div."
Erm. Maybe a little too far but I'm only speculating so please don't be offended and write to God and get him to smite me. I'm really busy at the moment. P.S. I am card carrying, so an internal investigation would be more appropriate than a big shouty protest in the car park in sheffield! P.P.S. I am absolutely sure that Jesus would never say "Div"
