The London Sprint triathlon. A new Challenge: I've got no towel, I hung it up again

After two marathons I fell out of love with running, I basically got bored. I was encouraged to enter the London Triathlon Sprint and have started enjoying training once again. Stairs at work have become a struggle once more.

Bugger, balls and bum. Stupid Germans. Eek, Can't say that because of new tough FIFA rules. Stupid winners. bah. I bet the Spanish stil won't take points from anyone.
