The London Sprint triathlon. A new Challenge: BBC NEWS | England | Hereford/Worcs

After two marathons I fell out of love with running, I basically got bored. I was encouraged to enter the London Triathlon Sprint and have started enjoying training once again. Stairs at work have become a struggle once more.

I just love the expression "plucky pooch" I will try and use that in conversation everyday this BH w/end. I have been ill all winter, went to Rochdale and have never felt better - so you're doing the best thing Ed.

what the heck is a bonnet? To me that means "quaint head covering"

Its the hood! These english and their weirdo expressions huh?! But then again over here they talk of "puting up your hood" if its raining for example and you have one attached to your rain jacket. Two countries divided by one language.
