I'm a rubbish poster

Sorry guys, I have been very very pants recently, I'd love to blame running and work, so I will. I've been so busy running and when I'm not running working and when I'm supposed to be running working. It's all hard! Well I'm back to it now, Last week was rubbish with only ONE run but that was an 18miler. This week has started off better, I've onl;y done one so far but that is better than the start of last week. However, I am extra pleased with this one, it was a repeat of a hill run which I moaned and moaned about a couple of months ago. That one was up and down the hill 9 times, today I did 12 and didn't feel nearly as sick. That's training for you!

There you go I've posted, Phil can stop telling me off and Chris and Beccie, this means you have something to read between hobing and ... (erm that sounded good in my head but when I wrote it down it looked slightly different!) with celebrities and famous golfers! Why don't you get those richy richers to sponsor us!

Anyway, got to go. I'm making Pizza for Kay, although this skill should be inborn, being from southern Italian stock, I'm worried. Lets hope the dough is ok!

On the subject of Italy, well done you lot. 49.8% of you are divs and I can't see anything ever getting done (Berlusconi, has suggested one big coalition. What's the point of that! . Dumb ass) 2 senators but at least dumbo bumbo is on his way out (we hope!). Your lot next Beccie!
